Description
The Care Certificate is the minimum standard in care. All who are not registered on a professional register such as the NMC, COT, CSP and HCPC but who are involved in Health and Adult Social Care, are required to complete this course prior to being qualified to work unsupervised in a hospital, care home or domiliary care.
This course will give you all of the resources needed to be able to complete the certificate. There are 15 standards to become familiar with. However, it is not enough to complete the course online alone. You will need assessments from either your manager, mentor, supervisor or other suitably qualified person.
This course comes with a downloadable work book for each standard. You can work your way through the workbook pausing th video as required, or complete it at the end of each standard.
Once completed, you will be on your way to a wonderful career in health and social care. Even if you have been in this field for some time, you will njo doubt learn new skills and techniques that will prove to be useful.

Requirements
There are no entry requirements for this course, however, in order to complete it, you will need access to a care environment and an assessor, manager or supervisor who would be willing to sign your completion documents.
